Talent Success Specialist

Talent Success Specialist is a hybrid role that manages the execution of influencer campaigns while also overseeing a small roster of talent. Talent Success Specialists act as the bridge between creators and brands—ensuring flawless delivery, building meaningful partnerships, and helping our talent grow strategically and professionally.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Manage a small roster of influencer talent, providing day-to-day support, career guidance, and brand strategy.
• Oversee the execution of brand campaigns from start to finish, including timelines, creative briefs, content submissions, and reporting.
• Serve as the main liaison between talent and brand partners, ensuring smooth communication and alignment on deliverables.
• Source and secure brand opportunities for talent, and support outreach for agency-led brand campaigns.
• Offer feedback on content to ensure it aligns with both brand guidelines and the creator’s voice.
• Maintain organized processes to track deadlines, contracts, and deliverables for both talent and clients.
• Build and nurture long-term relationships with brands and clients to encourage repeat business.
• Stay on top of industry trends, emerging platforms, and relevant cultural conversations.
• Collaborate with the internal team to forecast influencer trends and provide strategic advice to elevate talent.

Qualifications:

• Based in Toronto, but remote role.
• Minimum 2 years experience working in an Agency or Influencer Marketing support role
• Attention to detail and demonstrated strategic thinking ability
• Familiarity with the creator economy
