Talent Success Specialist is a hybrid role that manages the execution of influencer campaigns while also overseeing a small roster of talent. Talent Success Specialists act as the bridge between creators and brands—ensuring flawless delivery, building meaningful partnerships, and helping our talent grow strategically and professionally.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Manage a small roster of influencer talent, providing day-to-day support, career guidance, and brand strategy.
Oversee the execution of brand campaigns from start to finish, including timelines, creative briefs, content submissions, and reporting.
Serve as the main liaison between talent and brand partners, ensuring smooth communication and alignment on deliverables.
Source and secure brand opportunities for talent, and support outreach for agency-led brand campaigns.
Offer feedback on content to ensure it aligns with both brand guidelines and the creator’s voice.
Maintain organized processes to track deadlines, contracts, and deliverables for both talent and clients.
Build and nurture long-term relationships with brands and clients to encourage repeat business.
Stay on top of industry trends, emerging platforms, and relevant cultural conversations.
Collaborate with the internal team to forecast influencer trends and provide strategic advice to elevate talent.

Qualifications:

Based in Toronto, but remote role.
Minimum 2 years experience working in an Agency or Influencer Marketing support role
Attention to detail and demonstrated strategic thinking ability
Familiarity with the creator economy
