Job Title: Fashion Designer

Job Description: We're searching for a talented Fashion Designer to join our innovative team. In this role, you'll be responsible for creating original designs, developing patterns, and overseeing the production process. You'll leverage your expertise in CAD software to enhance your creative process and streamline design operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop creative design concepts based on current fashion trends and target market needs
• Create detailed technical drawings and patterns using CAD software
• Select fabrics, embellishments, color, and style for each garment
• Collaborate with other designers, production teams, and suppliers to ensure the design vision is realized
• Oversee the fitting, adjustments, and final modifications of prototypes
• Present design ideas and collections to stakeholders

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design, Textile Design, or a related field
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in fashion design, with a strong portfolio
• Proficiency in CAD software such as Adobe Illustrator, CorelDRAW, or AutoCAD
• Excellent sense of fashion trends, fabrics, and color theory
• Strong sketching and illustration skills
• Attention to detail and a passion for creating high-quality, unique designs
• Effective communication and teamwork skills

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in sustainable fashion design
• Knowledge of pattern making and garment construction
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects
