Position Overview

At The Daily Grace Co., we exist to serve readers who want to know and love Jesus more deeply—but often feel overwhelmed, discouraged, or uncertain about how the truth of Scripture speaks into their real lives.

Our readers are not looking for abstract theology or shallow encouragement. They want biblical clarity, theological depth, and compassionate guidance that meets them where they are and leads them to Christ. We are seeking contract writers who can serve those readers well.

This role is open to writers proposing or developing a Christ-centered nonfiction book on a wide range of topics that align with our mission.

Scope of Work

  • Research, outline, and write a full-length manuscript (approximately 55,000–75,000 words) on an approved topic
  • Faithfully integrate Scripture, theological reflection, cultural awareness, and practical application
  • Incorporate stories, examples, and illustrations that resonate with the clearly defined target reader
  • Collaborate closely with the editorial team through multiple rounds of revision
  • Ensure theological alignment with The Daily Grace Co.’s doctrinal commitments

Commitment

Contract, per-project basis.

Compensation

Compensation is determined based on project scope and complexity.

Additional Information

Contractors are engaged based on the needs of specific projects and are not guaranteed ongoing or full-time work. Participation in meetings, workshops, or collaborative sessions may be requested depending on the project timeline.

Why Publish with The Daily Grace Co.?

With over a decade of publishing experience, The Daily Grace Co. creates Christ-centered resources marked by theological depth, biblical faithfulness, and practical encouragement. We value thoughtful, faithful writers and partner closely from concept development through launch. Our goal is not simply to publish books—but to serve readers with resources that meet real needs and help them treasure Christ.
