About Our Client

Our client is a fast-growing Facebook Group marketing agency specializing in helping home service businesses generate qualified leads, build engaged online communities, and grow their brands through strategic social media marketing. They currently manage 300+ active clients through a pod-based remote team structure, delivering high-converting content and community engagement strategies that drive measurable business growth.

Working with clients across the home services industry, the agency combines direct response copywriting, audience psychology, and proven marketing frameworks to create content that builds trust, increases engagement, and converts community members into customers.

About the Role

We are looking for a Direct Response Copywriter who thrives on writing persuasive, engaging, and conversion-focused content.

In this role, you will create compelling Facebook Group content for a portfolio of home service clients, helping them attract new leads, build authority within their communities, and strengthen customer relationships. You'll work closely with Customer Success Managers and internal pod teams to ensure every piece of content aligns with each client's brand voice and marketing objectives.

This is an excellent opportunity for a creative writer with strong direct response copywriting skills, a passion for storytelling, and the ability to adapt to different brands and audiences in a fast-paced agency environment.

Responsibilities

• Write engaging, high-converting Facebook Group posts for multiple home service clients.

• Develop a variety of content, including storytelling posts, educational content, engagement posts, promotional copy, and lead-generation campaigns.

• Research clients' businesses, services, target audiences, and competitors to create authentic, brand-specific messaging.

• Adapt writing style and tone to match each client's unique voice and objectives.

• Apply direct response copywriting principles to increase engagement, lead generation, and conversions.

• Collaborate with Customer Success Managers, Project Managers, and Account Managers to execute content strategies.

• Revise and optimize copy based on internal feedback and campaign performance.

• Manage multiple client accounts while consistently meeting deadlines and maintaining high-quality standards.

• Stay up to date with social media trends, Facebook Group best practices, and direct response marketing techniques.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Copywriter, Direct Response Copywriter, Content Writer, or similar role.

• Strong portfolio showcasing persuasive, engaging, and conversion-focused writing.

• Excellent storytelling, grammar, and editing skills.

• Ability to research new industries and quickly understand different businesses and target audiences.

• Strong understanding of direct response marketing, buyer psychology, and persuasive writing techniques.

• Familiarity with Facebook Groups, community-based marketing, or organic social media content is highly preferred.

• Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable working in a fully remote, fast-paced agency environment.

• Full-time, Core working hours aligned with EST

• Salary:$2,200–$2,800 USD/month (depending on experience)
