Requirements

• 5+ years of commercial experience as a Business Analyst or System Analyst
• Proven experience delivering complex web and mobile products
• Strong expertise in requirements elicitation, analysis, and documentation
• Experience managing requirements throughout the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
• Hands-on experience with BPMN and UML
• Solid understanding of REST APIs and microservices architecture
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams
• Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Experience working with Confluence and Jira
• Understanding of non-functional requirements, including security, scalability, and performance
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
