We are seeking an Email Marketer who knows how to turn a well-timed, well-crafted email into a revenue driver. This role covers everything from content and list management to campaign performance and optimization.
Key Responsibilities
- Segment email list based on behavior and preferences to deliver personalized content.
- Write compelling email copy and design appealing templates that drive conversions.
- Create drip email sequences that deliver relevant content to subscribers based on their stage in the customer journey.
- Conduct A/B tests to optimize email subject lines, content, and CTAs.
- Implement strategies to grow email subscriber list organically through website opt-in forms, lead magnets, and other incentives.
- Regularly clean and maintain email list to remove inactive subscribers and ensure deliverability and engagement rates remain high.
- Ensure email marketing practices comply with regulations such as GDPR and CAN-SPAM to protect brand reputation.
- Track key email marketing metrics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns.
- Analyze campaign performance data to identify trends and areas for optimization.
- Generate detailed reports to provide insights to stakeholders.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience as an email marketer
- Proficiency in email marketing platforms (Iterable, Customer.io, Mailchimp, Constant Contact, HubSpot, Klaviyo, etc)
- Strong copywriting and editing skills
- Knowledge of email marketing best practices and regulations
- Analytical skills to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
- Basic HTML/CSS knowledge for email template customization
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work during U.S. work hours (PT/ ET)
