This is a remote position.

Position: Amazon Store Manager

Timings: 9am-5pm EST

Job Type: Full-time


Purpose:

Amazon Store Manager role is to lead and oversee the overall performance and growth of the

Amazon store while managing a team of e-commerce professionals, including Listing Specialists.

The role is responsible for ensuring smooth store operations, optimizing product listings, driving

sales and profitability, maintaining account health, and implementing effective strategies to

achieve business objectives. The position also focuses on developing team capabilities,

improving operational efficiency, and using data-driven insights to maximize Amazon store

performance.


Key Responsibilities:

Amazon Store Management

  • Manage and oversee the overall performance and day-to-day operations of the Amazon store.
  • Develop and execute strategies to increase sales, revenue, profitability, and market share.
  • Monitor key store performance metrics, including sales, conversion rate, traffic, Buy Box percentage,

account for health, and profitability.

  • Ensure compliance with Amazon policies and guidelines to maintain excellent account health.
  • Identify growth opportunities through product expansion, market trends, competitor analysis, and customer

insights.

  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with relevant teams to prevent stock outs and overstocking.
  • Review customer feedback, product reviews, and returns to identify areas for improvement.


Listing & Catalog Management

  • Oversee the creation, optimization, and maintenance of Amazon product listings.
  • Ensure product titles, bullet points, descriptions, backend search terms, images, and A+ Content are

optimized for visibility and conversions.

  • Ensure all listings follow Amazon's policies and SEO best practices.
  • Monitor listing health and resolve issues such as suppressed listings, stranded inventory, variations, and

catalog errors.

  • Guide Listing Specialists in conducting keyword research and implementing effective SEO strategies.


Sales & Advertising

  • Monitor and optimize Amazon PPC campaigns.
  • Analyze advertising performance, including ACOS, TACOS, ROAS, CTR, CPC, and conversion rates.
  • Identify opportunities to improve organic rankings and overall sales performance.
  • Coordinate promotional activities, deals, coupons, and seasonal campaigns.


Reporting & Analytics

  • Prepare and present regular reports on store performance, sales, profitability, inventory, advertising, and

KPIs.

  • Analyze business data to identify trends, challenges, and opportunities.
  • Track performance and provide management with updates on progress against targets.
  • Use data-driven insights to recommend strategies for improving store performance



Qualifications (Must Have):

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, E-commerce, or a related field.
  • 3–5+ years of hands-on experience managing Amazon stores through Amazon Seller Central.
  • Proven experience managing and leading a team, including Listing Specialists or e-commerce professionals.
  • Strong knowledge of Amazon store operations, product listing optimization, Amazon SEO, and catalog

management.

  • Experience monitoring key Amazon performance metrics, sales, revenue, conversion rates, and profitability.
  • Working knowledge of Amazon PPC and advertising performance metrics.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and team management skills.


Qualifications (Preferred):

  • Experience managing multiple Amazon marketplaces, such as the US, UK, Canada, or UAE.
  • Experience with Amazon Brand Registry and A+ Content.
  • Knowledge of inventory planning and forecasting.
  • Experience handling Amazon account health issues, listing suppression, policy violations, and

catalog-related challenges.

  • Experience with Amazon tools such as Helium 10, Jungle Scout, Data Dive, or similar platforms.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Design, Inventory, Customer Support,

and Finance.
