Helsing is a defence AI company looking for a mission-driven IT Service Lead to own the day-to-day delivery, performance, and experience of IT support across European offices.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in IT Support
  • 2+ years leading or managing a support team
  • Highly proficient with Jira Service Management
  • Strong, demonstrable track record of running support as a data-driven function
  • Hands-on experience deploying AI agents, chatbots, or automation
  • Managed rotas across on-call, triage, and on-site responsibilities
  • Designed and operated clear escalation processes
