In this dynamic role, you will serve as a trusted point of contact for Dutch-speaking clients navigating one of Europe's most innovative online payment ecosystems, delivering expert guidance and ensuring seamless financial experiences.

What You Will Do

Provide professional, high-quality support to Dutch-speaking clients using an online payment platform, resolving account, transaction, and billing enquiries with accuracy and efficiency. Guide customers through financial processes including payment setups, fund transfers, dispute resolutions, and account verification procedures.
