Business Insights Analyst

Role Overview

This is a remote role for a Business Insights Analyst to join the Business Systems & Operations team at Reachdesk. The role involves using data and AI to connect different views of the business and help leaders make informed decisions. The ideal candidate will have experience in an analyst or insights role and fluency in commercial, financial, and operational systems.

What You Will Do

Partner with leaders across Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, Finance, and Operations to understand their decisions. Work with available data to produce insights that connect different views of the business. Use AI to compress synthesis and keep key metrics consistent across functions.

Requirements

• 2–4 years in an analyst, insights, strategy or consulting role
• Fluency in at least two of: commercial (revenue, retention, GTM), financial (P&L, unit economics, FP&A), operational (throughput, fulfilment, cycle time)
• A genuine AI-native working style
• Strong written and verbal storytelling
• Comfort working with spreadsheets and reporting tools
• Working knowledge of SQL is useful but not essential
