We’re seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Personal Executive Assistant to support a busy executive in the construction industry. Key Responsibilities:

  • Calendar & Travel Management: Oversee and coordinate a dynamic, fast-paced executive schedule, arrange appointments, and manage domestic and international travel logistics.
  • Communication: Draft, proofread, and manage professional correspondence, emails, and presentations, ensuring clear and effective communication at all times.
  • Project Support: Assist with project timelines, collaborate with internal team members, and prepare regular reports on project progress.
  • Event Coordination: Plan and manage meetings, conferences, and company events, ensuring all logistics are handled smoothly.
  • Administrative Support: Handle routine administrative tasks including expense reports, file organization, record-keeping, and other ad-hoc office duties.
  • Personal Assistance: Occasionally manage personal tasks and household responsibilities for the executive, including coordinating personal appointments, errands, and family-related needs.

Requirements

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience as an executive assistant, preferably in the construction industry or a related field.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with a proven ability to juggle multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Calendar) and familiarity with Canva for presentation design.
  • Discretion and professionalism in handling confidential information.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings or weekends, as needed.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
