Role Overview

  • Behind every thriving community is someone making sure the right people stay connected, supported, and engaged.
  • As our Sponsorship & Community Coordinator, you'll be the engine that keeps sponsorship programs, community initiatives, events, and communications running smoothly. From coordinating webinars and supporting chapter leaders to ensuring sponsors have an exceptional experience, you'll play a vital role in helping communities grow and succeed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support sponsor communications and onboarding activities.
  • Maintain sponsor records, files, and documentation.
  • Assist with newsletters and community communications.
  • Schedule and coordinate social media content.
  • Support chapter leaders and chapter-related activities.
  • Coordinate webinars, meetings, and virtual events.
  • Prepare attendee lists, materials, and event communications.
  • Manage calendars, schedules, and meeting coordination.
  • Maintain accurate records, templates, and documentation.
  • Provide administrative support across multiple teams.
  • Follow up on action items and stakeholder requests.
  • Support community engagement and membership initiatives.

Requirements

Required Qualifications (Must-Have):

  • Experience in Administrative Support, Executive Assistance, Events Coordination, Community Management, Marketing Support, Membership Organizations, Sponsorship Coordination, Customer Success, or Stakeholder Support.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong stakeholder relationship management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
  • Strong follow-through and accountability.
  • Customer-focused and service-oriented mindset.

Preferred Qualifications (Nice-to-Have):

  • Experience supporting sponsorship programs.
  • Experience coordinating webinars and virtual events.
  • Experience working with membership-based or community-focused organizations.
  • Familiarity with social media scheduling and content coordination.
  • Experience maintaining databases, records, and documentation systems.
  • Exposure to marketing communications and newsletter distribution.
  • Experience supporting chapter leaders, committees, or volunteer groups.
