Join a leading Am Law firm as a Senior Corporate & Private Equity Associate Attorney, leading complex private equity transactions and serving as a trusted advisor to clients on strategic investments and corporate matters.
What You Will Do
Represent private equity sponsors and portfolio companies in acquisitions, divestitures, recapitalizations, and other strategic corporate transactions, drafting and negotiating transaction documents, and advising clients on transaction strategy and corporate governance.

Requirements
- J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school

- Strong drafting, negotiation, analytical, and project management skills
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication abilities
- Collaborative approach with the ability to manage multiple complex transactions simultaneously
- Active bar admission in the jurisdiction where applying
