Brand Operations Coordinator - Asana expert level
Remote | Full-Time | Latin America
About the Opportunity
The Global Talent Co. is sourcing a Brand Operations Coordinator on behalf of a fast-growing U.S.-based SaaS company. This role sits within the Brand & Creative Operations function and is responsible for keeping creative work moving across a multi-team brand organization — Social Media, PR/Communications, Content Marketing, and Design.
What You'll Do
Own the Brand team's inbound request intake process, including triage, routing, and workflow management in Asana
Design and maintain Asana project structures, templates, task dependencies, and timeline tracking across brand sub-teams
Map brand touchpoints across owned, earned, and internal channels to maintain a clear end-to-end brand view
Consolidate performance reporting from multiple sub-teams into unified insights for leadership
Serve as the primary liaison between the Brand team and cross-functional Marketing partners (Integrated, Field, Product Marketing, Legal Solutions)
Document workflows, intake processes, and operational standards to support team scalability
Manage content publishing schedules, reporting deadlines, and recurring brand review cycles
What We're Looking For
Expert-level Asana proficiency is required — workflow design, project templates, task dependencies, and cross-team project management; must be ready to operate independently from day one
Solid project management fundamentals applied within a creative or marketing environment
Experience aggregating data from multiple sources into clear, actionable reporting for non-technical stakeholders
Strong organizational skills managing high-volume concurrent requests and competing deadlines
Professional, service-oriented communication style with cross-functional teams
Familiarity with Google Workspace, Slack, and project intake/ticketing tools
Experience in SaaS, tech, or legal tech is a plus
Advanced English required
