Responsibilities
Supervise ELD team and daily tasks
Train specialists and check work quality
Review driver logs, ensure HOS/ELD compliance
Handle escalations and tough calls
Work with dispatch on driver availability and trip planning
Hiring new employees
Requirements
3+ years ELD experience
1+ year team lead/management
Strong English (IELTS 7.0+)
Strong communication skills
Full-time, in-office
Flexibility to adjust working hours when operational needs arise
Preferred
5+ years ELD / 2+ years management
Trip planning experience
AI tools knowledge
Risk management
Spanish is a plus
