Position Overview:

As a Sales Consultant for Freelancer Visas, you will play a key role in assisting clients who are seeking freelance visa solutions in the UAE. You will be responsible for managing client inquiries, providing accurate advice regarding UAE freelance visas, and closing sales to meet individual and team targets. A strong understanding of the UAE freelance visa process and exceptional client relationship skills are essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Respond promptly to client inquiries and provide detailed information about UAE freelance visa options.

2. Understand client needs and recommend tailored visa solutions.

3. Guide clients through the end-to-end process of applying for a UAE freelance visa.

4. Follow up with potential clients via phone calls, emails, and meetings to close sales and achieve individual targets.

5. Maintain accurate records of all client communications and activities through the CRM system.

6. Work closely with the Sales Manager to align with team strategies and achieve collective sales goals.

7. Participate in training sessions to continuously improve product knowledge and sales techniques.

8. Provide a high standard of customer service, ensuring a positive client experience throughout the visa application process.

9. Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales KPIs as set by the Sales Manager.

10. Support marketing initiatives by promoting special offers, campaigns, or new visa services as needed.

Qualifications & Skills:

1. Minimum 2 years of experience in a sales or client-facing role, preferably in immigration services, visa consultancy, or a related field.

2. Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.

3. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

4. Ability to handle objections and close sales effectively.

5. Highly organized with strong attention to detail and time management skills.

6. Proficiency in CRM systems and MS Office Suite.

7. Fluency in English is required; knowledge of additional languages (especially Russian) is an advantage.

Education:

A diploma or bachelors degree in business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
