Right now, weare looking for an AI Architectto integrate our Talent team.

Yourresponsibilities include:

• Architect and deliver end-to-end Generative AI solutions, from PoC toproduction.
  
• Design RAG pipelines,agent-based systems, and LLM orchestration layers.
  
• Evaluate and selectmodels, frameworks, and tools based on performance and cost.
  
• Establish best practicesand governance for responsible AI usage.
  
• Mentor engineering teamsand translate business requirements into technical architecture.
  
• Apply domain expertise in intelligent manufacturing & supply chainsolutions, including industrial technology and automation forpharmaceutical, logistics, and material processing environments.
  

You must have:

• 5+ years of experience in architecture or AI engineering.
  
• Proven experiencebuilding GenAI / LLM solutions in production.
  
• Strong proficiency inPython.
  
• Hands-on experience withorchestration frameworks (LangChain, LlamaIndex, etc.).
  
• Practical knowledge ofvector databases and embedding models.
  
• Experience deployingmodels via cloud APIs or self-hosted runtimes.
  
• Fluency in Portuguese.
  
• Industry experience in one or more of the following domains: Pharmaceuticaltechnology and solutions, Supply chain automation and logistics, Technologysolutions for material processing (including paper, tissue, and tobacco), Intelligentmanufacturing & supply chain solutions.
  

We value:

• Experience with AI gateways and model routing (e.g., LiteLLM, Bearer).
  
• Knowledge of LLMobservability, tracing, and evaluation tools (e.g., LangSmith, Arize Phoenix).
  
• Experience with MLOps,CI/CD for ML, and containerized environments.
  
• Experience with cloudplatforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
  
• Familiarity with AI agentframeworks (LangGraph, AutoGen, CrewAI).
  
• Fluency in English.
