Position: Bilingual Dutch (Belgium) Generalist Expert — AI Safety
Type:Contract
Compensation:$48–$52/hour
Location:Remote

Role Responsibilities

• Write expert-level prompts in Belgian Dutch across a range of sensitive subject areas.
• Apply structured guidelines to classify prompts and conversations.
• Flag adversarial phrasings and escalation patterns. Document the reasoning behind your judgments.
• Evaluate and strengthen how AI models handle sensitive topics in Dutch as spoken in Belgium.
• Work independently and asynchronously to meet deadlines while improving AI model performance.

Qualifications

Must-Have

• Native or near-native fluency in Dutch as spoken in Belgium, plus business-level written English.
• Currently based in Belgium.
• Bachelor's degree, completed or in progress.
• Strong written reasoning and a high level of attention to detail.
• Sound judgment around sensitive and dual-use information.

Preferred

• Experience reviewing, grading, or red-teaming written or technical content.
• Background in trust and safety, content moderation, policy evaluation, or adversarial testing.
