We are currently seeking a suitability qualified Carpenter to join our Maintenance Department on a Full-Time basis. Reporting to the Maintenance Manager and working in conjunction with other Trades and Maintenance staff, the successful candidate will be responsible for undertaking all the Resort's carpentry requirements including general repairs and new projects.

The Key Duties And Responsibilities Of This Position Include

• Repairs and preventative maintenance in all areas of carpentry
• New carpentry projects including major improvements
• Timber experience
• Assisting with general handyperson duties as required
• Complying with OHS policies and procedures
  
  

To Be Successful In This Role, You Must Have

• Trade qualification in Carpentry
• Current manual driver's license
• A strong understanding of occupational health and safety regulations and practices
• The ability to multitask and communicate effectively at all levels
• Previous experience in a similar role within a Hotel or Resort environment is desirable
