RemoteManagementTeam Leader

IDAGIO is the leading streaming service for classical music, based in Berlin and part of IDAGIO Group. The Group spans streaming, recordings, and live music partnerships, globally. Our director initiates projects across all of it: recording partnerships with orchestras, licensing talks with international labels, concert-hall collaborations in Taiwan and Japan, and new ventures.

These initiatives move fast and span many time zones. We are looking for the person at the director's side who keeps them all on track.

Tasks

You are the assistant to the sole director of IDAGIO Group and work with him daily. He travels extensively and meets industry leaders, orchestras, and institutions across Asia, Europe and the US. Every trip produces introductions, ideas, and commitments. Your job is to make sure none of them get lost. You track every thread, follow up with every party, and hold everyone to agreed deadlines, including the director.

Beyond that, you coordinate selected projects across the Group's Berlin companies, working with their Managing Directors. Decisions sit with the director and the Managing Directors. Keeping things moving sits with you.

Assistant and project support to the director

  • Track and follow up on the projects and partnerships the director runs across the Group. You keep an up-to-date overview of status, owners, and next steps at all times.
  • Maintain deadlines and flag slipping dates early. You chase open items without being asked.
  • Prepare agendas, briefings, and follow-ups for meetings. Maintain trackers and status summaries.
  • Coordinate scheduling, information flow, and documentation across internal and external stakeholders, from orchestra managements to distribution partners.

**_Project coordination for Moto Lab

_**Moto Lab Partners is the Group's newest venture: it supports classical artists and institutions in building their international presence and careers, from recordings and concert videos to release strategy and promotion.

  • Coordinate Moto Lab's projects from start to finish, whatever their shape: a release, a concert video production, a marketing campaign, or a partner engagement.
  • Act as the central point of contact between everyone involved: artists and their management, orchestras, production crews, distributors, agencies, and internal teams.
  • Track each project's timeline from planning through delivery, follow up on deliverables, and support project and budget administration until everything is complete and approved.

Requirements

  • Several years of professional experience, typically 2 to 5, in an assistant, coordination, project management, or artist management role. This should not be your first job. You have managed deadlines across multiple stakeholders and worked alongside a demanding senior principal before.
  • A firm understanding of classical music and the industry around it: repertoire, orchestras, how recordings and releases work. A background in classical music (studies, an orchestra, a label, an agency, a concert hall) is a strong plus.
  • Proactive and organized by temperament. You take ownership, chase without being prompted, and flag problems early.
  • Comfortable running several projects in parallel and prioritizing against deadlines.
  • Clear, structured communication and documentation. Status is transparent to everyone at any time.
  • Fluent German and English (C1 or better, spoken and written). Japanese or Mandarin is a real plus given our partners in Japan and Taiwan.
  • Based in Berlin or willing to relocate. Occasional flexibility for calls with Asia or the US and for concert or recording dates in the evening.

Benefits

  • A rare vantage point: you work directly with the director of a music group active between Europe and Asia, and you see every initiative across it.
  • Real responsibility from day one. The role exists because these projects matter and need an owner.
  • A small, senior, international team in Berlin with short decision paths.
  • Salary range: €42,000–50,000 gross/year, depending on experience.

Send a short cover note, your CV, and your earliest possible start date to apply. Tell us about one person or project you supported where your follow-through made the difference.

IDAGIO and the IDAGIO Group value diversity. We encourage you to apply even if you don't meet 100% of the requirements.
