The Spiritual Practitioner delivers high-quality spiritual wellness services within the Lifestyle Division of GRAV1TY. Responsibilities include facilitating meditation, breathwork, Reiki, grounding practices, somatic and energy work, and healing circle–style experiences. This role works with clients individually and in groups, supports service development, maintains professional communication, and collaborates with GRAV1TY leadership. Practitioners may hold any personal belief system, but all services must be delivered through an inclusive, non-denominational framework. This is a remote, contractor role requiring professionalism, emotional intelligence, trauma-aware facilitation, strong communication skills, and an active social media presence. Occasional in-person event participation may be required.

• Facilitate individual and group spiritual sessions including meditation, breathwork, Reiki, grounding, somatic awareness, energy healing, and healing circles.
  
• Deliver GRAV1TY’s established offerings and collaborate on refining or expanding services.
  
• Provide trauma-aware, ethically grounded, emotionally safe experiences.
  
• Offer client education and aftercare tools such as grounding exercises, journaling prompts, or breathwork practices.\
  
• Participate in team meetings, training, and development sessions.
  
• Communicate consistently with leadership and team members.
  
• Contribute to development of workshops, events, and spiritual services.
  
• Maintain confidentiality and follow professional boundaries.
  
• Communicate with clients via email for updates, follow-ups, scheduling, and event information.
  
• Complete required documentation and session notes.
  
• Promote GRAV1TY offerings through an established professional social media presence.
  
• Support community growth by sharing services, events, and opportunities.
  
• Represent GRAV1TY in a professional, inclusive manner in all community interactions.
  
• Participate in initiatives that strengthen the GRAV1TY community.
  
• Use GRAV1TY systems for scheduling, communication, and documentation.
  
• Maintain reliability, punctuality, and strong follow-through.
  
• ​Adapt to evolving internal processes and service offerings.
  

Requirements

• Certification or formal training in spiritual modalities (Reiki, meditation, breathwork, somatic practice, etc.).
  
• ​Experience facilitating spiritual or energetic sessions (1+ years preferred).
  
• Active professional social media presence related to spiritual or wellness practices.
  
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  
• Trauma-aware facilitation and emotional intelligence.
  
• Experience leading individual and group sessions.
  
• Proficiency with virtual facilitation tools (Zoom or similar).
  
• Ability to work within GRAV1TY’s inclusive, non-denominational framework.
  
• Experience in wellness, spiritual, or integrative health environments.
  
• Familiarity with scheduling platforms, CRM systems, and remote-work tools.
  
• Experience hosting workshops or community-based events.
  
• Understanding of holistic wellness, somatic work, or nervous-system-informed practices.
  
• Remote environment requiring reliable internet, webcam, and a quiet, professional space.
  
• Ability to sit or stand for extended periods during sessions.
  
• Occasional in-person participation at GRAV1TY events.
  
• Practitioner must maintain liability insurance and provide certification documentation.
  
• Contractors are responsible for their own taxes and compliance obligations.

• Practitioners receive structured internal training and enablement on GRAV1TY systems, documentation standards, communication protocols, delivery expectations, and approved methods and strategies.
  
• Professional development support is available to eligible practitioners through partial reimbursement up to an annual cap for approved continuing education and role-aligned education after meeting a tenure milestone and maintaining good standing; support is issued upon completion with required documentation.
  
• Compensation includes a base rate per client, with additional incentive earning opportunities tied to eligible client purchases of approved GRAV1TY offerings, in accordance with program guidelines.

• Practitioners may also have advancement opportunities into expanded responsibility and leadership roles over time, based on readiness and organizational needs.
  
• GRAV1TY provides access to the platforms and tools required to perform the role, including client delivery systems, documentation tools, communication channels, and community platforms, as well as standardized delivery resources such as templates and a resource library to support consistent, high-quality client implementation.
  
• Practitioners have opportunities to establish a stable client roster over time through GRAV1TY client delivery infrastructure and community integration.
  
• Visibility opportunities may be available through practitioner spotlights, newsletters, events, and approved content features, subject to brand standards, privacy, and consent requirements.
  
• GRAV1TY is open to collaboration and service development, including the ability to propose and co-develop practitioner-led offerings such as workshops, specialty services, education series, or community initiatives through an internal review and approval process.
  
• Practitioners receive preferred rates and access through GRAV1TY’s partner network, subject to availability and partner terms.
  
• Merchandise/apparel credits and preferred rates for select GRAV1TY events and team experiences are available, subject to eligibility and availability.
  
• This is a remote-first delivery model with schedule flexibility within service standards and autonomy in delivery within GRAV1TY methodology and scope.
  
• Recognition may be provided through internal highlights and featured wins based on professionalism, alignment, and participation.
