You are a hands-on technical leader responsible for translating breakthrough manufacturing concepts into robust, industrialized realities. You will partner across the global GE Vernova organization to drive technologies that optimize SQDC (Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost) and shape the next generation of blade production.Job Description
Essential Functions
- Technology Industrialization: Design, specify, and implement advanced processes and materials to scale new manufacturing technologies from pilot to shop-floor reality.
- Digital Transformation: Leverage data-driven insights and Industry 4.0 solutions to monitor and optimize process performance.
- Technical Leadership: Own the technical implementation of automation, robotics, and complex process solutions.
- Standardization: Develop global process standards, control plans, and training modules to ensure consistency across the global supply chain.
- Cross-Functional Strategy: Act as a bridge between R&D, Engineering, and Operations, aligning stakeholders on complex technical roadmaps and change management initiatives.

- Digital Literacy: Ability to integrate IoT/data analytics into manufacturing processes to move from reactive to predictive process control.
- Change Agent: A mindset that embraces agility, rapid prototyping, and the ability to influence stakeholders through technical expertise.
- Sustainability Focus: Passion for "Design for Manufacturing" with a focus on material efficiency and carbon footprint reduction.
- Global Collaboration: Experience working in diverse, cross-functional, and global teams.
Qualifications & Experience
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Industrial, Manufacturing, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience: Extensive experience in leading complex, cross-functional technology roadmaps and mentoring global technical teams.
- Technical Core: Solid foundation in lean manufacturing, composite process and material development.
- Travel: Willingness to travel (approx. 20%) to support trials, factory start-ups, and supplier visits.

- Experience developing, leading, and executing technology development projects
- Lean mindset – able to drive process improvement, standard work, etc.
