Remote Appointment Setter, Commission Only (US only)

About the job
Neurosync AI sets up AI receptionists for plumbing and HVAC companies. I need a few remote appointment setters in the US. You call plumbing and HVAC business owners from a list I give you and book 15-minute demos. I run the demos and close the deals. US applicants only.

Compensation
- Commission only. No base pay.
- 15% of each signed customer, about $375 per close
- Paid biweekly by Zelle
- About $750 a week is possible. Commission only, not guaranteed.

Schedule
- Four 3-hour shifts a week, Monday to Friday, Central Time

What you will do
- Call plumbing and HVAC business owners from the list I give you
- Use the script to start the conversation and book a 15-minute demo
- Log every call and booking in the CRM
- Hand off booked demos to me. I run them and close.

What we are looking for
- Comfortable on the phone and fine hearing "no"
- Clear, confident phone voice in fluent English
- Cold calling or appointment setting experience helps, but isn't required
- Shows up for every shift and is coachable

Requirements (US only)
- You must live in the United States
- A phone or headset, a computer and steady internet
- A Zelle account to get paid
