Key Objectives
Manage and respond promptly to incoming emails with accuracy and professionalism.
Provide clear, helpful, and courteous communication to clients and internal teams.
Support customer service and operational teams by routing inquiries and escalating issues when necessary.
Maintain organized records of correspondence and follow-up actions.
Responsibilities
Monitor and respond to high volumes of email inquiries in a timely manner.
Draft, proofread, and send clear, concise, and grammatically correct email responses.
Identify and prioritize urgent or complex emails and escalate accordingly.
Collaborate with internal departments to resolve customer issues and provide accurate information.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products, services, and policies to ensure accurate communication.
Track and document email interactions using company tools and CRM systems.
Continuously improve email response templates and processes to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
Proven experience in email communication, customer service, or a related role.
Excellent written communication skills with strong attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple email threads and prioritize effectively.
Familiarity with CRM software and email management tools is a plus.
Strong organizational skills and ability to maintain accurate records.
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote setting.

Qualifications
