What you would do: Apply your ML engineering experience to help train and evaluate next-generation AI systems. Typical work includes reviewing model outputs and pipelines, writing or evaluating training/evaluation code and docs, giving structured feedback on AI-generated technical content, and collaborating remotely on project-based tasks. No prior “AI trainer” title required — solid ML engineering judgment is what matters. Remote contractor.
Pay: $80–$150/hour (contract)
Prefer: Hands-on ML engineering experience (Python, common ML frameworks); clear technical writing; comfort reviewing and critiquing model behavior and code.
