For one of our clients - we are looking for Senior SoftwareEngineer (Rust / C++).

Work model: Remote, Bulgaria

Contract: B2B or Standard

The team relies on automated testing, continuousintegration, code reviews, and collaborative engineering practices to keepquality high. We want someone who enjoys complex technical problems, takesownership, and is keen to learn new technologies while helping shape theplatform’s future.

Responsibilities:

• Learn, contribute to, and gradually take ownership ofservices in Rust
  
• Participate in modernizing existing platform capabilitiesand architecture
  
• Design and implement scalable APIs and distributed systemcomponents
  
• Help define and deliver valuable, testable, maintainableuser stories
  
• Write high-quality, well-tested code backed by automatedunit and integration tests
  
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve complex production andperformance issues
  
• Contribute to performance, reliability, and scalabilityimprovements
  
• Collaborate with engineers across teams on strategicplatform enhancements
  
• Create and maintain technical documentation
  

Requirements:

• Strong professional experience developing software in Rust
  
• Interest in and willingness to work with C++
  
• Solid grounding in software engineering principles andmodern development practices
  
• Experience designing scalable, maintainable,high-performance applications
  
• Strong knowledge of design principles and patterns,including SOLID and test-driven development
  
• Experience with distributed systems, microservices, orcloud-native applications
  
• Experience with automated testing (unit, integration,end-to-end)
  
• Understanding of networking concepts, protocols, andsecurity fundamentals
  
• Experience with relational databases and data persistence
  
• Familiarity with REST APIs and service-orientedarchitectures
  
• Experience with containers and cloud platforms is a plus
  
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaborationskills
