We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Data Analyst to support operational and delivery decision-making through data analysis and customer-to-subcontractor mapping. The ideal candidate will have strong Excel skills, experience handling large datasets, and the ability to identify suitable subcontractors based on customer delivery profiles and operational requirements.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys problem-solving, working with data, and improving operational efficiency within a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyse and interpret large sets of operational and customer data
  
• Use Excel to organise, clean, and manipulate delivery and subcontractor information
  
• Match customer delivery profiles with the most suitable subcontractors
  
• Maintain and update subcontractor and customer databases
  
• Generate reports, insights, and recommendations for the operations team
  
• Identify trends, inconsistencies, and opportunities for process improvement
  
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure accurate delivery allocation and planning
  
• Support ongoing reporting and business analysis requirements
  

Requirements

What You Bring

We’re looking for someone who:

• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills are essential
  
• Experience with data analysis, reporting, and data management
  
• Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking
  
• Ability to work with large volumes of data accurately and efficiently
  
• Excellent problem-solving and organisational skills
  
• Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively
  
• Experience with Power BI is A MUST
  
• Background in freight, logistics, or transport is advantageous but not essential
  

Preferred Skills

• Experience creating dashboards and visual reports
  
• Ability to identify operational efficiencies through data insights
  
• Strong time management and ability to meet deadlines
  
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced operational environment
