Execute a high-volume outreach strategy, maintain a balanced multi-channel approach, achieve and exceed monthly targets of outbound meetings booked with qualified prospects, identify and qualify leads effectively, and collaborate with internal teams to leverage pre-warmed leads and tailored content.

Requirements
- Native-level fluency in German (written and spoken)
- Fluency in English (written and spoken)
- Proven experience in high-volume Cold Calling and Cold Emailing
- Strong expertise in LinkedIn Outreach and Lead Qualification
- Proficiency with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Slack, and Google Workspace
- Ability to work within EU timezones
