Position: Sinhala Voice & QA Experts
Type:Contract
Compensation:$8–$12/hour
Location:Remote
Commitment:Hourly

Role Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls in Sinhala following provided scenarios.
• QA calls for accuracy, tone, clarity, and naturalness.
• QA other Sinhala conversations and flag linguistic or quality issues.
• Provide clear written feedback.
• Participate in check-ins as needed.

Qualifications

Must-Have

• Native or fluent Sinhala speaker.
• Based in Sri Lanka.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Clear written communication.

Preferred

• Customer service experience.
• Data annotation / QA experience.

Start Date

• Immediate start; onboarding as soon as possible.
