  • Present confidently and effectively: by creating presentations and high-quality material for internal and external stakeholders, including senior leadership and sales prospects
  • Influence Scope and Priority: Understanding user needs, and using those to drive business goals. Constantly framing, and reframing these as we learn. Ultimately making hard judgment tradeoffs between features and speed to market
  • Advocate for Customer Needs: Analyze and address customer challenges to enhance business operations.
  • Iteratively Enhance the User Experience: Simplify complex back-office processes into user-friendly digital solutions.
  • Champion Impact: Communicate the value we provide to a broad set of stakeholders.
  • Connect the Dots Across the Organization: Foster collaboration across functions to enhance product development and corporate health.

During any given work day, you might spend:

  • 50% of your time working directly with your team on problem and solution discovery, framing, prioritization, and future planning
  • 20% building context for stakeholders, communicating cross-functionally, and working with others on the product team
  • 20% Market research, competitor analysis, and gathering customer feedback to refine and adapt product strategies.
  • 10% Team and relationship building, process improvement, and personal development

Requirements

  • Experience in working in Fintech lending and banking
