What You'll Do
- Sell Daxtra's AI-powered recruitment technology to staffing and recruitment agencies
• Position Daxtra as the intelligence layer that supercharges existing ATS/CRM platforms
• Run consultative discovery conversations on recruiter productivity, sourcing, search, matching, and database
ROI
- Deliver tailored demos that speak directly to agency recruiting workflows
• Manage the full deal cycle — first call through negotiation and close
• Build your own pipeline through outbound, networking, referrals, and industry events
• Partner with Sales Engineering, Marketing, Partnerships, and Customer Success to win
What You Bring
• 3+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience
• Experience selling recruitment tech, ATS, CRM, or HR tech
• Real understanding of staffing and agency recruitment environments
• A track record of building and managing your own pipeline
• Comfort navigating multi-stakeholder sales processes
• Consultative selling instincts and strong relationship-building skills
• Genuine enthusiasm for AI and the future of staffing tech
Bonus Points
• Experience selling into staffing firms, agencies, or RPOs
• Familiarity with Bullhorn, Vincere, JobAdder, Avionté, Mercury, Erecruit, or similar platforms
• Background selling AI-driven search, parsing, matching, or automation tools
• Mid-market or enterprise SaaS sales experience
• An existing network in staffing and recruitment
