What You'll Do

  • Prospect and generate qualified leads using LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other sourcing tools.
  • Conduct outbound cold calls to introduce services and build interest.
  • Qualify prospects through meaningful conversations and discovery questions.
  • Schedule appointments for the business development team.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and activity updates.
  • Follow up consistently with prospects while building positive relationships.
  • Meet daily and weekly outreach goals while maintaining high-quality conversations.

What We're Looking For

  • At least 2 year of experience in lead generation, appointment setting, outbound sales, or business development.
  • Experience using LinkedIn Sales Navigator or similar prospecting tools.
  • Confident English communication skills, both spoken and written.
  • Comfortable making outbound calls and handling objections professionally.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple follow-ups.

Salary: ₱25,000 – ₱30,000 / month
