Election Administration Systems Modernization Consultant

AlphaGov is engaging an Election Administration Systems Modernization Consultant for current state work. A state board of elections is modernizing its voter registration and election administration systems.

We confirm scope, schedule, and fee with you before any engagement begins.

What you'll do

• Assess voter registration, list maintenance, and election management workflows
• Define requirements for statewide voter registration system modernization
• Advise on HAVA, NVRA, and security requirements and integrations (DMV, ERIC, vital records)
• Support vendor evaluation, implementation planning, and testing
• Contribute qualifications and past-performance narrative to AlphaGov proposals when you authorize naming

Requirements

Required

• At least 5 years of professional experience with election administration or statewide voter registration systems
• Knowledge of HAVA and NVRA requirements
• Comfortable as a 1099 project-based consultant

Nice to have

- Election security / CISA experience

• Former state or county election official

- PMP
