position information
Kiron rolled out HubSpot as its core CRM for partner management a few months ago, and is now preparing to extend its use to learner data management as well. The team is comfortable with the basics, but as our processes and data needs evolve, we require ongoing expert support to keep the system running smoothly, adapt it to new use cases, and unlock more advanced functionality.
This includes refining pipelines, maintaining automations and integrations, troubleshooting issues as they arise, and supporting the upcoming expansion into learner management. Instead of being a one-off implementation project, this is a long-term, part-time engagement to ensure our CRM stays clean, efficient, and aligned with our evolving organizational needs across both partner and learner use cases.
about the role
As a freelanceHubSpot consultant/admin, you will provide ongoing maintenance and optimization of our existing HubSpot system — including pipeline refinements, automation workflows, integrations, and data quality — while also supporting the upcoming roll-out of HubSpot for learner data management, on a part-time, long-term basis. The ideal candidate will act as a responsive HubSpot expert who can troubleshoot issues, guide the extension into new use cases, and help the team continuously get more value out of the tool.
