We are seeking a UK-Based Nominee Director to assist with ongoing corporate compliance requirements.
This is a part-time, non-operational appointment requiring very limited involvement. The initial setup is expected to take approximately 1–2 hours during the first month, followed by occasional minor tasks once or twice per year. The appointment will generally remain passive and long-term.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist remotely with signing documentation required for bank account openings.
Compensation:
£100-£125 per month for nominee director services.
