Job Title: ServiceNow Platform Architect
Location: 100% Remote (U.S.)
Position Type: Full-time, Direct W2
Salary Range: $100,000–$150,000 Annually
Experience Required: 6+ years

Job Summary
We are seeking a ServiceNow Platform Architect to lead the design, governance, and long-term evolution of our ServiceNow platform across ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, SecOps, and custom applications. The role combines deep platform mastery with enterprise architecture judgment, driving standards for data, integration, security, and customization that keep the platform scalable, maintainable, and aligned with business priorities.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and oversee ServiceNow architecture across ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, SecOps, and GRC.
• Lead architecture reviews, platform governance, and release management.
• Define CMDB strategy, Discovery, Service Mapping, and data quality standards.
• Design integrations using IntegrationHub, MID Servers, REST/SOAP APIs, and event-driven architectures.
• Implement platform security, ACLs, role-based access, and governance best practices.
• Drive platform performance, scalability, upgrades, and health improvements.
• Establish workflow and Flow Designer standards while minimizing customizations.
• Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to deliver scalable solutions.
• Mentor developers and administrators and maintain architecture documentation.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 8+ years of ServiceNow experience, including architecture or technical leadership.
• Expertise across multiple ServiceNow modules, CMDB, Discovery, and Service Mapping.
• Strong knowledge of ServiceNow scripting, scoped applications, and platform security.
• Experience with IntegrationHub, REST APIs, and enterprise integrations.
• ServiceNow CTA, CIS, or CSA certification.

Preferred Qualifications

• ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect (CTA).
• Experience with Now Assist, GenAI, or AI-powered ServiceNow features.
• Exposure to multi-instance ServiceNow environments.
• Experience integrating ServiceNow with SAP, Salesforce, or Workday.
• Knowledge of HAM Pro, SAM Pro, or App Engine Studio.
