HR Payroll Specialist

• Manage and maintain daily employee payroll transactions and personnel incidents for accurate payroll processing and employee compensa

• tion.

• Serve as the primary contact with Corporate regarding SAP system reporting, maintenance, and updates.

• Provide internal customer service by resolving employee inquiries related to payroll concepts, deductions, and pay statements.

• Administer, monitor, and apply employee benefits offered by the company.

• Participate in internal and external audits related to Accounting and Social Security compliance.

• Propose and implement continuous improvement initiatives and process automation projects to enhance payroll and HR operations

Requirements

Knowledge of Tress and SAP payroll/accounting systems.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

Knowledge of INFONAVIT, FONACOT, and payroll income tax (ISR).

Understanding of labor and tax legislation.

Highlights
