DEVOPS / SYSADMIN ENG | JUNIOR / MID

For one of our partners, we are currently looking for a DEVOPS/ SYSADMIN ENGINEER to join their Team in Sofia, Bulgaria.

WHO YOU ARE

The ideal candidate is an analytical teamplayer with a mix of execution and delivery capabilities who will beresponsible for working independently and with a team of high performingindividuals.

REQUIREMENTS

• 2+ years of experience designing and implementing in the AWS infrastructure.
• Experience configuring and using cloud monitoring tools such as CloudWatch.
• Strong understanding of Infrastructure-as-Code principles
• Strong understanding of security constructs in AWS (IAM, security groups, etc.)
• Strong communication skills. You ask questions and let others know when you need help.
• You are a problem solver. You believe the best work is the result of finding the simplest solution to complex challenges.
• You have a good command of English, both written and oral.

JOB SPECIFICATION

• Managing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines for multiple software components.
• Deployment of weekly and monthly software updates.
• Monitoring the health of the live application environment.
• Work collaboratively with the development team to define infrastructure and deployment requirements.
  Information Technology
• Researching new cloud-based services and participating in the improvement of the Platform.
• Documentation of cloud architecture and process flows.
• Ensuring proper knowledge transfer amongst the software team to promote appropriate and innovative use of cloud services.
• Disaster recovery plan, and SLA management
• Data Security, Security Audits, Security Scans compliance and reporting.
• Enforcement of best practices in security, password and account management.
• Maintenance and outage tracking and announcements.
