Job Overview
This is a remote position in which you will call insurance companies to check the status of claims and log the status into our system.
This position has one shift with hours of 9:00am - 5:30am EST (New York Time) with a thirty minute break.





Requirements

• Proven internet download speeds of greater than 20Mbps and upload speed of 10Mbps via an online speed test ( )
• Quiet work area with low background noise for calls.
• Excellent English speaker
• Ability to work with an internet-based workflow.
• Strong communication skills with a problem-solving attitude.
• Prior call center experience preferred.
• Prior experience with pharmacy benefit managers (PBMs) preferred.
