Senior Paid Search Manager (Remote)

Bullseye Strategy is a fully remote digital marketing agency serving luxury real estate, travel, B2B, and restaurant brands. We’re growing fast and need a paid search expert who can hit the ground running and doesn’t need to be managed, just supported.

You’re a fit if:

• You have 10+ years of strategic and day-to-day paid search management, handling 5+ client accounts at a time
• You have 8+ years of experience inside a digital marketing agency
• You’ve managed monthly budgets ranging from $5,000 to $1M and know how to make every dollar work at both ends
• You know that great strategy and disciplined daily optimization are what drive results, and you’re equally strong at both
• You can step into existing accounts, get your bearings fast, and be contributing by day three
• You understand your job is to make your clients successful, which is how our agency succeeds
• You measure your day by results, not hours on a clock
• People in the industry consider you top of your game in paid search, and you have the account results to prove it

What you’ll own:

• Full strategy and execution across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and other paid platforms
• Budget pacing, bidding, and optimization tied to client ROI
• Clear, confident performance reporting and recommendations clients act on

This role is not for you if:

• You are early or mid-career in paid search
• Your experience is mostly in-house or with a single brand
• You need step-by-step direction to build and run campaigns
• You need weeks of training before you’re ready to take on accounts

Location: Remote. We are only hiring in the Eastern and Central time zones.
