This is a remote position.

We are looking for aRemoteCustomer Experience Associateto join our team. In this role, you’ll provide support for client-facing activities, including scheduling, communications, and event coordination. You’ll assist with confirmations, itineraries, and other details to ensure a smooth and positive experience for every client. Customer Experience Associate

Requirements

  • Must be 18 years of age or older

  • Access to a computer or smartphone with reliable internet

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Organized and able to multitask effectively

  • Previous experience in administrative support, hospitality, or events is helpful but not required

Key Responsibilities:

  • Communicate with clients via email, chat, and phone

  • Confirm schedules, appointments, and event-related details

  • Maintain accurate client records and updates

  • Support internal teams with coordination tasks

  • Provide proactive and friendly assistance to ensure client satisfaction
