This is a remote position.
We are looking for aRemoteCustomer Experience Associateto join our team. In this role, you’ll provide support for client-facing activities, including scheduling, communications, and event coordination. You’ll assist with confirmations, itineraries, and other details to ensure a smooth and positive experience for every client. Customer Experience Associate
Requirements
Must be 18 years of age or older
Access to a computer or smartphone with reliable internet
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Organized and able to multitask effectively
Previous experience in administrative support, hospitality, or events is helpful but not required
Key Responsibilities:
Communicate with clients via email, chat, and phone
Confirm schedules, appointments, and event-related details
Maintain accurate client records and updates
Support internal teams with coordination tasks
Provide proactive and friendly assistance to ensure client satisfaction
