IT System Admin

An excellent opportunity for IT system admin came up with our client, a hospitality company based in Dubai:

What will you do?

• Maintain essential IT operations, including operating systems, security tools, applications, servers, email systems, laptops, desktops, software, and hardware
• Handle business-critical IT tasks and procedures that provide a commercial advantage in a global marketplace
• Enable faster and more innovative business processes and implement analytics for meaningful insights
• Monitor system performance to ensure everything runs smoothly and securely
• Basic website design and development (Squarespace & Shopify)
• Support different departments with basic graphic design work, printing material, etc.
• Replace and upgrade defective or outdated components when necessary
• Document any processes that employees need to follow in order to successfully work within our computing system
• Perform routine/scheduled audits of the systems, including all backups

What are we looking for?

• Min 2 yrs experience as an IT system admin in hospitality sector.
• Bachelors in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent
• Experience in managing and supporting servers, backup, and storage hardware
• Knowledge in maintaining websites and SEO
• Experience in systems monitoring, performance tuning, and troubleshooting
• Strong command of MS Office & Google Workspace tools
• Ability to prioritize a wide range of workloads with critical deadlines
• Availability outside of working hours to resolve emergency issues promptly
• Experience with both iOS and Apple products are MUST
