Hello, our name is Customertimes, but you can call us CT. We are a global digital engineering, product development, and technology consulting company. Headquartered in New York, we have a team of 1000+ experts working across 65+ countries.

Location: LATAM (remote)

How you'll make an impact:
· Analyze business requirements, user stories, and integration specifications, and help refine acceptance criteria;
· Write and maintain test documentation: test plans, test cases, checklists, and traceability matrices;
· Perform functional, integration, regression, smoke, and exploratory testing of MS Dynamics 365 customizations: entities, forms, business rules, workflows, and Power Automate flows;
· Test end-to-end business scenarios between IQVIA PRM and MS Dynamics 365, making sure data and processes work correctly across both systems;
· Check data accuracy after integration and sync runs: field mapping, record completeness, duplicates, and error handling;
· Perform basic API testing with Postman and data checks with SQL queries;
· Report, track, and verify defects in [Jira / Azure DevOps], with clear steps to reproduce and evidence;
· Take part in Agile ceremonies (refinement, planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives);
· Support UAT: prepare test data, help business users, and triage their feedback;
· Perform regression testing after Microsoft platform updates and new releases;
· Follow data privacy rules when working with healthcare data (PHI/PII) in test environments.

What makes you a great fit:
· 3+ years of experience in manual software testing;
· Hands-on experience testing MS Dynamics 365 or another CRM platform (Salesforce, Veeva CRM, etc.);
· Strong knowledge of QA theory, testing types, and test design techniques;
· Experience writing test documentation: test cases, checklists, and bug reports;
· Experience testing integrations between systems and checking data consistency;

· Basic SQL skills for data validation;

  • Basic API testing experience (Postman or similar);
    · Experience with bug tracking and test management tools ([Jira / Azure DevOps / TestRail / Zephyr]);
    · Understanding of the SDLC/STLC and experience working in Agile/Scrum teams;
    · Attention to detail and an analytical mindset;
    · English: Upper-Intermediate (B2) or higher.

Additional comments:
We are seeking a QA Engineer with a strong foundation in functional testing and growing automation capabilities to join our analytics product team. You will own end-to-end quality for an NLP-enabled analytics platform — validating complex data workflows, charts, dashboards, and reporting UIs — while contributing to and scaling our Python/pytest/Selenium automation framework. This role is ideal for someone with deep manual QA experience on data-intensive applications who has hands-on automation exposure and is motivated to develop their scripting skills further in a collaborative team environment.

If you're looking to contribute to global projects, grow your skills, shape the way you work, and be part of a connected international community — Customertimes is the place to build your next career chapter. Are you ready to spark the tech with us?
