Notion is looking for a Staff Product Designer to help shape the future of productivity tools. You'll lead design on our core editor and collaboration features used by millions of teams worldwide.
**What you'll do** - Lead end-to-end design for major product initiatives - Define design systems and patterns used across the product - Mentor other designers and establish best practices - Collaborate closely with engineering and product leadership
**What we're looking for** - 8+ years of product design experience - Expert-level Figma skills and design systems experience - Strong understanding of user research and data-driven design - Track record of shipping impactful B2B/B2C products
