VYBE is a German beauty-tech brand launching a category-first product system: an AI that finds your perfect makeup shade in under 30 seconds, hybrid skincare-infused makeup that visibly improves your skin while you wear it, and Europe's first antibacterial makeup tools powered by silver ion technology. We sell D2C via our own Shopify store into the German-speaking market.
Location: Remote | Employment: Full-time | Compensation: $800 to $1,000/month (depending on experience)
Goal: Own VYBE's organic social presence on TikTok and Instagram. Create content that makes people stop scrolling, try our free AI Shade Match, and buy the VYBE system. Your north star: qualified traffic into the AI Shade Match funnel and revenue attributed to organic.
Tasks
What you will actually do:
- Produce 1 to 2 short-form videos per day (TikTok, Reels) around our four proven content pillars: (1) AI Shade Match demos and reactions ("perfect shade in 27 seconds"), (2) hygiene shock content (over 90% of makeup brushes and sponges carry harmful germs, ours stay up to 99% germ-free), (3) skin transformation and before/after storytelling, (4) hybrid makeup education (makeup that treats your skin instead of just covering it).
- Write hooks, scripts and captions in German for a female beauty audience aged 18 to 35 dealing with breakouts, redness and shade-matching frustration.
- Edit UGC-style videos in CapCut, design carousels and statics in Canva, and use ChatGPT and Claude for scripting, hook variations and content repurposing.
- Repurpose every winning video into multiple formats and test hooks systematically (minimum 3 hook variants per concept).
- Track performance weekly (views, watch time, CTR to the Shade Match, follower growth) and double down on what converts, not what just gets views.
- Coordinate with our affiliate manager so organic and creator content reinforce each other.
Requirements
Must-haves:
- Deep understanding of what makes people stop scrolling, click, watch, and share (hooks, storytelling, audience psychology), proven with examples of content you made that performed.
- Fluent German (C1 or higher), you write captions and scripts that sound native, not translated.
- Strong eye for beauty content aesthetics: skin close-ups, texture shots, glow, authentic UGC look.
- Highly disciplined with fast execution, you ship daily without hand-holding.
- Proficient with CapCut, Canva, ChatGPT, and Claude.
Nice-to-haves:
- You have grown a beauty, skincare or wellness account before.
- On-camera confidence or a network of faces you can produce with.
- Basic understanding of D2C funnels (quiz funnels, PDPs, CRO).
