In this role, you'll apply your expertise to help train next-generation AI systems. Your work will shape how models learn, reason, and perform through high-quality, real-world input. No prior experience in AI is required — your domain knowledge is what matters. This engagement specifically seeks professionals with a strong foundation in programming, data structures, and algorithms, as well as a track record of delivering impactful software solutions. Top-tier communication, both written and verbal, is highly valued to ensure clarity and precision throughout the project lifecycle. Only professionals based in the US with 5+ years of software engineering experience will be considered for this opportunity.
Scope of Work
- Develop, review, and refine code samples and modules in alignment with project requirements.
- Analyze and evaluate coding solutions for efficiency, scalability, and maintainability.
- Contribute feedback and insights related to data structures, algorithms, and debugging strategies.
- Utilize Git for version control and collaborative code management throughout the assignment.
- Document technical approaches and code logic clearly to facilitate communication and knowledge sharing.
- Participate in asynchronous written and verbal discussions to clarify deliverables and support iterative improvement.
- Identify and resolve technical issues or inconsistencies, ensuring high-quality deliverables.
Preferred Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in software development, particularly within the US market.
- Expertise in core programming concepts, with proficiency in at least one major programming language.
- Deep understanding of data structures, algorithms, and debugging methodologies.
- Proven track record of utilizing Git for collaborative software projects.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with an emphasis on clarity and responsiveness.
- Experience contributing to projects that required clear documentation and peer review.
- Self-motivated and adaptable, comfortable working independently in remote, asynchronous environments.
