Do you live outside Attica? Are you ready to make an impact in the finance industry? As a Financial Advisor you will play a vital role in mitigating risks by actively pursuing overdue payments, and thereby reducing the company's exposure to bad debt.

A day in the life of a Financial Advisor will include:

High-quality inbound/outbound communication with bank debtors;
Identification of customer’s needs and payment ability;
Agreement on a repayment plan of customer's debt, in accordance with the corresponding policy;
Ensuring that all activities and duties are carried out in full compliance with regulatory requirements and supporting the continued implementation of the Group Anti-Bribery and Corruption Policy.

Requirements

To be considered, you should have:

Permanent residence outside Attica;
Proven professional experience in a similar position in the banking sector or in Financial Servicer will be considered an asset;
Strong communication and negotiation skills;
Results orientation, accountability and self-drive to deliver a consistently strong performance;
Comfortable working in a challenging environment and on deadlines;
Ability to work independently and effectively in a remote environment;
Good command of English;
Bachelor’s degree will be considered an asset
Efficient computer skills and the ability to multitask.
